I built this because I'm living it.
I'm not a lawyer or a tech company. I'm someone fighting my own cases in the UK courts — a High Court dispute and a family matter, at the same time.
Going through the family courts for my children showed me something I can't unsee: how much injustice there is when you're on your own. Time and again I saw that outcomes can turn not on what's right, but on who can afford representation and who knows the rules. Justice, in far too many cases, comes down to money — and the people who need it most are often the ones least able to pay for it.
I learned the system the hard way — the forms, the deadlines, the procedure that trips you up before anyone ever hears your side. And I came to believe the mistakes that sink self-represented people usually aren't about the strength of their case. They're about the machinery. Once you know where the traps are, you can get past them — but almost nobody tells you where they are.
So I built the tool I needed. Everything I've learned fighting my own cases, turned into software that does the parts that catch people out — free, for anyone facing court without a solicitor. If it stops one person losing their home, their money, or time with their children for the wrong reasons, it was worth building.
Justice shouldn't depend on what you can afford. That's why this exists — and why the core will always be free.
